happy halloween, friends!!! i am SO excited about our costumes this year.. i thought the holidays were so much fun last year and they just keep getting better.. and better. we’re obsessed with donuts around here and we all know, i survive on coffee…so when i came across these donut tutus and then these donut shoes, i knew i had to run with it. alas, the ‘whimsical donut’ costumes came to life. …and mama runs on dunkin…
donut tutus.ย donut shoes. the perfect ruched shirt. sprinkle piggy bows. sprinkle colored tights and of course, real donuts.
halloween brings costumes and when it comes to the world of costumes…anything goes, right?! i’m anticipating a few ‘cupcake’, princess, fairy…the list probably goes on…but, they still turned out ridiculously cute. and nothing..absolutely nothing…beats lila running around screaming, ‘IMA DOOOOONUUUUTTTT’. you’re certainly something, girlfriend, yes, yes you are.
i swear these girlies would do backflips for donuts and trust me when i say they looooooove them some dunkin. we pulled in the drive through the other day..
piper:ย mama, youย gettin’ yo coffee?
me: yea, sweetie, i’m getting coffee.
piper: oh good, i want a donut??
….

they were SO excited to open these boxes to find pink + purple donuts and the sprinkles were too cute for halloween!

How CUTE!! I love how thought out these costumes were, but so easy to obtain! Definitely something I can consider for my daughter and little guy… next year! This year I made them a matching salt and pepper outfit!
