good morning and happy BLACK FRIDAY!! i hope you had SUCH a wonderful thanksgiving full of family, food and laughter.

one of my most favorite parts of thanksgiving is after all the food has been eaten and everyone piles on the couches for sports and ad scanning. there is something so fun about black friday shopping and even when most of my shopping is done, i love seeing all of the good sales going on!!

i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again..one of my favorite things about blogging has been the relationships that i have built with some of the most incredible small shops. men and women who work so hard, mostly with families of their own and are what they are because of customers like us. i am super excited to share some of those small shops with you today..

and, if you bear with me to the end, there might be something in it for you!! 😉 

take it from me, these shops are incredible from the ground up… from the products to the faces behind the companies, these shops are worth every pretty penny. just looking at this list makes me wish for a money tree (if you have one, you just let me know…). if you’ve never shopped from these shops, trust me…you will absolutely not be disappointed!! be prepared…

goldenhill design
this is one of the very first small shops i ever bought from when the girls were born..and i have been a faithful customer ever since. these are by far one of the most functional pieces in the girls wardrobe and are beyond perfect for layering under t-shirts, sweaters and even worn by themselves. the detail is just the sweetest with ruching on the sleeves for the girls and the unisex sleeves are perfect for the little man or gal. the material is soft as butter and the stretch will last in between sizes.  i squeezed the girls into their newborn sizes until they were at least 6 months old and then the next size until they were about 15 months. so versatile and the sweet little lady behind this shop is even sweeter. follow along on instagram and then go buy your babe AND YOURSELF a matching set!! (i’m currently wearing my floral shirt now and it’s still my fav..). bahaha. the lack of hair in those pics…and you better believe these are on our christmas list and we’ll be using this code!!

oh the cuteness overload on these bows.  and can we talk about how leeettle these bugs were in that first picture?! ugh. anyways. these are some of my most favorite bows. the cutest. the daintiest. and this duo does it all. from tiny and adorable to stealing the show of an outfit.. they have a little bit of everything. these two ladies are just THE sweetest gals you have ever met and their bows are seriously adorable. the bows are so well made, they have made it through slobber, chews, and even a few washing machine rides. they’ve held up through everything two toddlers could possibly put them through and they’re still gorgeous. seriously…so so so adorable.

i came across such a gem on this one. hands down this is THE best mama jewelry i have ever laid eyes on… so personalized. so meaningful. so well made… i can’t speak highly enough about this beautiful company. the story behind lisa’s family is so relatable, so touching… i couldn’t be happier to support such a wonderful company. every single person i have come in contact with has been beyond helpful, kind and so so personal. i seriously have come to love this company. i literally don’t take this necklace off and it has been through A LOT. i continue to get compliments and love sharing how each stone is for each sweet babe i have carried. any mom, grandma, friend, boss, girlfriend would be lucky to be on the receiving end.  THEN this sweet little ornament showed up in the mail..and i may have cried.  i am such a sucker for personalized ornaments and this absolutely made my day. i can’t wait to hang it on our freshly cut tree on sunday… an ornament i will cherish forever.

i swear if these little hats aren’t THE cutest things you’ve ever seen… oh my heavens. i about died when i put them on the girls they were so so so cute!!! i just can’t get enough and we wear them on a daily basis now that it is freezing. i have such an appreciation for these handmade gifts since i am no where near talented enough to be able to create such beauty. the little buttons complete the cuteness, and the girls actually keep them on!! i need every color, every style.. so so so adorable.

this mama shirt was the first purchase i made for myself as a first time mama. and it’s still one of my favorites. i may or may not still squeeze the girls into their too-short ‘little’ tees…they’re just my favorite!! i have such a thing for matching with my ladies and until it’s not cool, i will continue to do so!! and then the ‘made with love’ shirts..ugh. my heart. i just can’t get enough of this little shop and you better believe every item is on my christmas list!!

if you could only feel these earrings in person. oh. my. gosh. i forget i’m wearing and they are beeeeautiful!! again, i need every color..this is such a way to spoil mama and by golly i’m obsessed.  i’m wearing the medium sized matte gold in this picture and seriously, they’re to die for. the girls love them as much as i do!
