My favorite was the Italian Meatloaf. Hello Fresh forgot to give us the sour cream for the mashed potatoes so we used butter and milk instead. I bet they would have tasted better with sour cream, but I didn’t have any on hand and we were in the middle of cooking when we noticed the missing ingredient. The Italian Meatloaf was so amazing that I will be making it again, now that I have the recipe. The only thing I would do differently is up the garlic in it. We love garlic at my house.
