one of the main questions {aside from all the twin questions, ha!}  i get asked is where i get all of our bows from. to be honest, when i was pregnant with the girls, i never really thought of myself as a ‘bow mama’… if that’s a thing. but, let me tell you, i was WRONG. two years later, you rarely see us out of the house without a bow on the girls’.

one thing i have learned in the bow world is that there is nothing that compares to mama’s working their tails off to create beautiful, hand-made bows out of quality products, with love, for you and your littles. i have been on the hunt for leather snap clips for a couple months now and hadn’t found ones i loved until i stumbled upon indie bow co.  i originally fell in love with the leather snap clips until i kept clicking around…and then 5 minutes later i had ‘favorited’ almost 25 bows in the shop!

from micro mini to classic, school girl to scalloped, you have to get your hands on some of these beauties. genuine leather and offered on a clip or headband, these bows will last from the newborn stage through toddlerhood and beyond.

piper has been into bows since day 1 and she will happily keep her accessories in place. lila, on the other hand, HATES having her hair pulled up, in pony’s, piggies or with a bow in.  she usually will keep it in just long enough to snap a picture before pulling it right on out and handing it to me with a, ‘here, mama, all done.’ i have continually stuck a headband or bow on and usually am readjusting, pulling her hair back up and sticking the bow back in… usually about 12 times before zach is hollering at me to call it quits. i will say though, it has paid off because she will almost always keep it in..most of the time 😉
