H E L L L L O!
i’ve taken quite a break from social media and the blog to truly spend time with our family and celebrate the season and to say we’ve had an unbelievable ‘break’ would be an understatement. christmas and new years were so much fun and the fact that i have about 4 pictures to show for it all simply means i set my phone to the side and was present for every single moment. the break was absolutely needed, so refreshing and i’m back with a fire under my hiney and ready to be back here!!

one of favorite parts of this little corner of space is being able to look back and see all our memories over the years…so let’s do a little recap of the last month!!

starting waaaay back in early december….we cut down our christmas tree, a tradition going on 35 years {3 years before i was born!}

we baked an absurd amount of christmas cookies and ate our weight in cookie dough.

thanks to ohio’s bipolar weather, we had plenty of sunshine and warm days making the best park exploration dates!

we trimmed the tree, met the big guy and rocked our christmas jams as often as we possibly could.

we spent a lot of days at home getting settled in the new house, trying to get settled in our routine, make some time for workouts {new program…details coming soon!}

piper got casted for her new batman brace and we’ve had our first few outings with her wheelchair!

we went to winter fest at kings island!

had playdates with friends

maisley perfected her spaghetti game

and we made huge progress in our home office / kids craft room!

we had some snow

went to zoo lights… a tradition with friends for 4 years!

and maisley has grown SO SO SO much!!!

zach went back to school and we’re getting back into the swing of things!

4am workouts started at a new gym that i LOVE

we had the merriest of christmases and kicked off the new year ready to make BIG splashes in 2020!!

it’s been SUCH a fun month and while it was a much needed break, i’m so ready to jump into everything the new year has to offer! i have a ton of really exciting things happening in this space and i hope you’re ready to come along with me for all of it!!
