every camp starts with a dynamic warm-up to help you perform safely + effectively through your entire 45-minute camp. one of the things i like most about BBC is that you never have the same workout twice. the camps are designed within a weekly protocol {see above!}, including a combination of strength and high intensity interval training. at the end of every camp is a powerful and purposeful finisher, designed to leave you feeling accomplished + challenged!
