Over the last few years, my body has changed so much and so has my sizes – so I took the opportunity to be super intentional about the clothes I was bringing in – I’m in a stage of motherhood and working where I need LESS.. I want to spend more time with my kids and less time trying to figure out what I’m going to wear. I think it’s important to note that this can be done slowly and intentionally without breaking the bank, however I wanted to focus on quality pieces that would last.

Putting together a Summer Capsule Wardrobe
If it feels overwhelming to start, take it slow and one step at a time and start HERE. The first thing to do is to evaluate what you have, what fits, what you feel good in and how practical it is for your lifestyle. Take inventory of all you have, donate what doesn’t fit and then it’s time to make a list! I always try to grab things while they’re on sale – hellooooo workin with budgets!
Start with the basics here, and then add as necessary! Your closet won’t look the same as mine and that’s okay! Add your own personal twists but remember the goal – simplify, simplify simplify.
